چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi serbuk kunyit dan kurkumin yang diberi dalam minum meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan puyuh. menggunakan 24 ekor puyuh jepang betina terdiri dari 3 perlakuan 8 ulangan, yaitu P0: sebagai kontrol, kelompok air biasa, P1: dosis 0.15 mg/ekor/hari P2: bubuk 108 mg/ekor/hari. Parameter utama diamati adalah pertambahan bobot badan diukur setiap seminggu sekali pada masing-masing perlakuan, sedangkan parameter pendukung konsumsi pakan, konversi pakan.Pengukuran dilakukan dengan timbangan individu puyuh.Laju diperoleh menghitung selisih minggu terakhir pertamaselama minggu. Data dimasukkan diolah di Microsoft Exel 2010, mencari nilai rata-rata fungsi AVERAGEdi Exel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan badan, pakan tidak mengalami perubahan setelah penambahan kurkumin, namun Kesimpulan mempengaruhi minum, sehingga menghambat This study aims to determine the effect of tumeric powder and curcumin dissolved in drinking water on growth rate Japanese quail. used female quail consisting treatments replications, namely as a control, group was given plain water, dose 0,15 mg / day turmeric day.
